Hi! We're an easygoing 30-year-old couple living in Slovenia's capital, Ljubljana, in a perfect position close to the city centre but also to nature :)

Our apartment is quite old (which is why we can afford rent in the centre), but if you're not picky, you'll have a good time!

We both work and lead pretty normal lives, but we also like meeting people from all around and making connections! That's why we've decided to host people since we recently finally moved to a bigger apartment. If we're able to, we'd love to show you around Ljubljana and take you to some nice local places :)

We also like going on day trips with our car so there's a chance we could take you somewhere on weekends!

We have different interests ranging from science communication and experiments (Jurij works in a science centre) to music, tv shows, books, spending time in nature, a bit of sports, enjoying evenings out for a beer, playing darts in our apartment...

We also adore animals, we have 2 guinea pigs with whom you'll be sharing the living room 🐹

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Eva has hosted and surfed in the past, when she was a student. We both like meeting people of the world and sharing stories and laughs with a good drink.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Eva surfed in France and the UK a couple of times. I was a host twice officially over CS but also a few times to people who found themselves a bit stranded (friends of friends, or tourists losing their keys...).

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music: we have a gramophone from '79 so we love listening to our LPs (Depeche Mode, Jeff Buckley, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac...). Otherwise we like a lot of different genres ranging from garage rock, classic rock, electro, 90s, y2k... whatever we're in the mood for, really, our Spotify is on 90% of the time :D

We love watching TV shows in the evening. Anything from The Sopranos to Malcolm in the Middle to Umbrella Academy.

We both like a good book. Jurij is more into fantasy, Eva is more into non-fiction or a good movie-like story.

You might see some magic tricks and you'll meet guinea pigs :) We also have darts in our home so we can have some fun with a few drinks!

We can show you around Ljubljana or even take you on some daily trips in Slovenia with the car, as we also like to go around on the weekends. But we can't promise anything :)
