A Southern California native, my heart will perhaps forever belong to the West. Nevertheless, I must explore; my most recent years have been spent on the opposite side of the country. In the East, I have come to love the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, the Adirondacks of upstate New York, Cape Cod of coastal Massachusetts, and Maine's legendary Mt. Desert Island.
