Hi! My name is Evangelos and I am currently living in Madrid studying and working in theatre. I originally come from Rhodes, a Greek island. People say that islanders cannot stop moving; travelling is in our genes...I have lived in five different countries and have visited many more. For me traveling is a passion, a way to live life and nothing can get me more exciting than visiting a new place.

Getting to know new people (especially locals) is the greater pleasure and the biggest treasure I gain from travelling. That's why many times I like to travel solo and without any specific program. In that way I am way more open to meet people and get to experience things out of the beaten path.
I have realized that the places I consider my best travels destinations are places where I have had the luck to meet new people, hang out with them and experience the true essence of the place. At the same time I have met wonderful travelers in the cities I have lived and I have always tried to give them an authentic taste of my cities. This is why I am on Couchsurfing with the hope that these meetings will become way easier.

兴趣

I love creating theater ( writing, acting, directing), walking around cities and the countryside, swim in the see and lie under the sun at a beach or a park, read books, visit museums, watch different performances. try new tastes, talk over a glass of wine or coffee about art, life and love.

I recently enjoyed very much reading "No exit" by Sartre
I can always watch "Princesas" by Fernando Leon
and Balkan music always makes me feel like dancing dance

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A friend got me a half marathon subscription for my birthday three yeaas ago and even though I though it was the worst birthday present ever, I did it together with two more friends and in that way I said goodbye to Copenhagen I city I have I lived and loved for seven years

I love learning different kind of stuff and I am always glad to share my knowledge
actually revealing the secret for great "tzatziki" to people has taken me very far in life...;)

I am always up for a chat, a walk or a night out but at the same time I am very independent and discreet so I definitely wont be a burden.
My friends claim that I am a very good guest, easy to be around and always washing the dishes when they invite me over for dinner
