ABOUT ME

Oy. I am from Portland, Oregon, the best place in the states! Currently studying both Biology and Film in Pennsylvania, U.S.A. I have been studying abroad all year and was in Kenya and Tanzania from September to December studying Wildlife Management and am currently living in Tel Aviv, Israel focusing on Film. I'm very much a people person, though nothing compares to exploring alone. I've only been on couchsurfing for ten minutes and I am already in love, what a great concept! Each person you meet from all over the world teaches you something; though living in a place is an amazing experience, traveling and constantly being on the move excite me. Anyway, let's list: outgoing, funny, spontaneous, independent, lively, adventurous, sarcastic (sort of), open-minded, look out for others, inspired easily, critical easily, party party, an activist, a friend, a lover, writer, reader. Music festivals, fashion and art, cinematography and all those dumb things. Wildlife, environmentalism, teaching science. I am just recently letting myself admit that photography may be more than just a passion of mine, but something I may strive to make a career out of, specifically photojournalism (!). People are fascinating and amazing and destructive and disgusting and I can't help but look at them through a lens.
