Hey guys! Nice to meet you. My name is Evan Lim from Seoul, Korea. I grew up at seoul for 23 years that is almost whole of my life time. I studied Culinary Arts at Korea Tourism College for 2 years. I finished my military service as an army cook for 2 years as well. I came to Switzerland at this January, 2014 for studying European Culinary Management at IMI University Centre, Luzern. Now I am working in the kitchen at Golf hotel rene capt, Montreux.
