ABOUT ME

I'm a calm, curious person who wants to enjoy the riches of life, while keeping an eye on my spiritual process... :)
Awareness comes naturally when I embrace the simple things in life, and I find my inspiration on the books I read, feelings and impulses I experience, landscapes I visit and with those I meet on my way with whom I can exchange compassion and acceptance :)

I'm looking forward to create bonds with Individuals from different places, genders, ages and backgrounds who can "give" me something new - a new feeling, a new thought, a new input or simply a new way of moving the lips while you smile - and I wish I can contribute with something or, at least, with a little something for your happiness too :)

At the moment I'm very much interested in learning about sustainable living, and spiritual practices which I can incorporate on my daily life. I also always love to learn how to cook new foods, and in general anything which has to do with our "earthy" life :)

I come from Portugal but currently living in Tilburg, Holland to study (clinical) psychology :)

About books, I'm really interested in metaphysics/spirituality... eastern religion... psychology and psychotherapy... I guess same for movies! :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hitchhiked across Central Europe (all the way up to Denmark actually) and through the Balkans in a month and a half: always on the road!!!

Spent two months traveling through Northern India: stayed at a Yoga Ashram (in Rishikesh) for a month and hitchhiked the rest of the time up to the Himalayas and then down again through the Western side of India. Beautiful Landscapes, Happy Faces!!

Watched the beautiful nightsun while camping, cooking in the fire and hearing the sea in the Lofoten (Norway).

And soooo much more...!! ;)
