I have the vision to create a platform of people from different spheres who engage with the senses and to initiate sensory events. One of my aims is to inspire, teach and share ways of tuning your senses and of a more colorful, abundant, pleasurable, magical and mindful living.
I`m also seeking independence on all levels - emotionally, materially and spiritually. I love to inspire others to find their ways to do so too.
Sometimes very humorous, communicative, emotional... Sometimes just need silence. And I can be a good listener. Of course all depends on the situation.
Dream big but realistic and work on your dreams continuously. Always follow your deepest needs to find your mission and do things you really love.
I can make sense of negative experiences. I believe that "problems" are products of our minds.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It`s one of the most exciting ways of traveling I know. How can you really get to know places if you don`t experience how locals live, feel, see the world...?
And because of great and useful COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCES: In 2010 I had lots of CS friends meeting them regularly at the CS events in Berlin. I had surfed in Granada, Berlin, Vienna, Sofia, Pristina, Bukarest, Sarajevo and Ludwigsburg...
SENSORY MATTERS: collecting spices and mini perfumes from all over the world, contact improvisation and body work, multisensory arts and design, Sensory Theatre Labyrinth, Sensory Intelligence, sensing places, atmospheres, cultures and moments, mindfulness and conscious sensuality, here and now, connecting, intuition, anthropology of senses, sensory and artistic ethnography, sensual therapies like aromatherapy, ASMR, perfume education, spices, food photography, the art of cooking, chocolaterie, cuddle parties, blindness, dinner in the dark, colours, soundscapes, perpetual walks, touch, sensory novels, massages, cakes and baking traditions, rose oil, sound healing, Permanent breakfast, eye contact events and other social experiments, silence, audio walks, sound art, sensory marketing, experiential pedagogy...
SPIRITUALITY: I have experiences with practices of meditation, yoga, tantra, concepts of death, empathy and connecting to yourself and others among others...
Freedom and independence! The themes of my life. I`m constantly searching for and trying out new forms of living and working independently from the restrictions of the "matrix". Most of all I`m interested in freeing your mind and emotions so you can grow and go beyond borders.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
10-day-courses of Vipassana meditation - meditating all day long changes your view on life radically. You learn to observe suffering objectively instead of rejecting it!
Taking part in the "Empathie-Festival" in the village of the Centre for Experiential Configuration of Society (ZEGG).
Living in Barcelona for a year and in Berlin for a few months! Bursting urban creativity and fun!!
Living in Bulgaria for the last 5 years now - it has been an ongoing spiritual journey to myself (nothing comparable with my trip to India!).
Teach, Learn, Share
I`m passionate about LEARNING more about all the sensory stuff I listed above and to SHARE what I`ve learned so far!
I want to go deep into Sensory Studies and the Art of Listening.
I warmly welcome any advises on how to develope an archive of scents, spices and sounds while travelling!
I want to LEARN from creative entrepreneurs, bloggers, cultural managers, web designers, parfumeurs and many more!
I'd like to rediscover my painting/drawing skills, to improve my singing and my photography and Photoshop skills
I can SUGGEST or show you interesting and curious places, activities and people in Munich, Barcelona, Berlin, Sofia and Plovdiv.
I can TEACH cooking skills, yoga, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), sensory mindfulness, German basics...
What I Can Share with Hosts
