I've recently returned to school for a career change, phew! I like to spend my nights playing music, cooking, or watching a movie. I love drinking tea and going to concerts, and despite my sarcastic sense of humor I'm undeniably a big softy :P

I am vegetarian (I eat eggs but not fish) but I'm happy to host someone who eats anything, including meat, and all kinds of food are welcome in the kitchen.

I've had a great time so far with visitors from the American Mid-West, New Zealand, and Europe. I've also had a lovely time visiting wonderful people all over Europe. If you play music, then don't be surprised if you find yourself in an impromptu jam session.

The world is beautiful enough to warrant two or three moments like this every day, I think. On the day I'm writing this, it has so far been a maple tree dancing in the breeze, a new Devin Townsend album, and a warm bowl of curried lentils. Yum, yum, yum...
