Born in the middle of the Siberian Nowhere, & grown up in the South of Germany, I experienced Emigration quite early, in the age of 3. Nevertheless, I still feel myself Russian in Germany, and when being in Russia, I feel myself German.

Not being able to define a country as my home is probably the reason why I love traveling. It's a never-ending wanderlust, a desire to explore the world, while searching for myself.

This desire accompanies me troughout my life.

At the age of 10, I started shooting my first videos. Inspired by funny (or strange) teachers, I wrote sketches, got my friends in school to act, and realized my mad ideas with my parents’ camera. From this time on I have been contracting my passion for film editing.

Even though I have been studying communication design for 4 years now, learning about different creative approaches, I can still think of no better way to express myself than with motion picture. Not only because it’s the most powerful field in design to affect people and to transport feelings, but also because I am passionate about cinematic techniques and the magic behind film editing.

I wish I could easily fix everything in "post", some day.
