Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To find the balance between needs and freedom. Exploring the connections between "demanding respect" and "ego". Living the damn present.
ABOUT ME
Easy going, funny (I hope), eager to hear other points of view, I don't take life too seriously but there are issues happening around us that can make me really angry. Interested in sports and exercise. Trying to improve my English as a tool for improving my knowledge of several things.
PHILOSOPHY
If everyone knows that more money, more Amazon stuff, a bigger house, a newer car won't make them happier... why do they keep trying that way?
If everyone knows that the present is the only certain thing (besides death) for each of us... Why do we take it for granted so easily?
Follow your guts, learn to spend time with yourself, value relationships over things and have in mind that everything eventually comes to an end and that's not necessary a bad thing.

Music, Movies, and Books
Well... What a three miracles of culture. I used to be a D.J. and as time passes I find myself open to more types of music.
Books... I love to be around them (I voluntee in a second hand bookstore). Mostly essays about the topics I listed before but I love some special classic novels. Movies... I don't have a TV but I do have a cinema projector so I just will drop some random names here: Farhadi, Panahi, Allen, A. Varda, Chabrol, Cassavettes, Jarmusch, Sorrentino, De Sica, Mendes, Bergman, Villeneuve, Wenders, Cesc Gay, Aristarain, Polanski, Cohen's, Haneke, Campanella, M. Leigh, Loach... I'd better stop.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There might be several but right now I remember talking with one of the last nazi holocaust survivors from Mathausen concentration camp (Austria). It was unforgetable and shocking.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach spanish, I love to do it. Actually I'm a Spanish teacher for inmigrants in a NGO.
I could teach a few things more maybe. But "share" sounds better to me than "learn" or "teach". I'm really into improving my english too.
