ABOUT ME

I have been living a pretty charmed life, seeing lots of the world and meeting heaps of great people. My best life moment to date actually extends right across the whole four year period that I was living in Namibia, Africa. I had been cherishing a dream of living and working in Africa since I was 12 years old and the reality actually surpassed the dreaming - it was amazing! While in Namibia I met my husband, Lazaro (a Cuban). We are both enjoying our life together now in Costa Rica, but hope to return to Africa sometime in the future.

I have hosted five couch-surfers (all positive!), have given some tips and advice to people who have questioned me about visiting Ecuador and met people for a drink (or two) in Costa Rica.
