HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a couch surfer at present. I lack a solid home, making it difficult to offer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have used CouchSurfing several times over the last several years.

In 2009, I used it while traveling via bicycle from Amsterdam to Istanbul with Global Agents for Change. Globalafc.org . We traveled 4,000 kilometres, for two months, to raise money and attention for micro-credit initiatives.

I have also been blessed to make friends after couchsurfing in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

I got to visit Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina while couchsurfing a couple years ago.

Last year I was hosted in Malaga, Spain, by a lovely gentleman.

Extensive. The outdoors, photography, writing, live music, people, books, travel, languages, philosophy, hitch-hiking, and the list goes on.
