I recently graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX and moved to Washington, DC to pursue a career in government. I love talking American politics and politics, however, I also love learning new things. I believe life is too short to worry, so I always try to make the most of it! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I'm a recent college graduate, my budget has been a little tight and living in such an expensive city I've learned how to be frugal with my money. Taking a spontaneous one week trip to Italy was something I needed to do in order to step away from some of my life situations and explore a new culture and meet new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few days before I hop on a flight to Italy, I'll be running my first marathon (26.2 miles), this is such a huge accomplishment for me since its been on my bucket list for a few years and something I never thought I could mentally or physically do.
