Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

After being ill and unable to travel for a very long period, I was in search for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. I decided to leave my house to free myself from my old patterns and live my dream life bikepacking through Norway. During my journey I met amazing people, some of them through CS. Now I'm back in Trondheim and I'm ready to host others to return the favor.

I am happy to share my thoughts on whatever you would like to talk about 🙂 I’m very interested in wellbeing and stress reduction techniques as well as neuroscience and brain retraining - I’ll be more than happy to share my knowledge in these areas. I’m also eager to talk about bikes - all from bike gear and equipment to training , bikepacking etc.
