ABOUT ME

27 year old, Malaysian - born in Taiping and lived in a variety of places, worked in a variety of professions only to look back and wonder if it's all been nothing but an empty phase of unfulfilled expectations while completely ignoring the storm brewing in my heart, the storm that craves to walk into the wild and touch and feel people by the palm. Interested in the oddest things in life and values every minute I currently spend on earth.

Well, a good friend of mine - Stela from Sofea, Bulgaria insisted I joined and I thank her everyday for that! :-) ... you are an Angel dear Stela!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This plan has been put off for another year sigh... but as soon as I can I will be needing all the couch surfers help... I am planning on travelling from KL all the way to London - hopefully with a very limited budget by land only .... I hope everything goes well, I'll be packing a tent, sleeping bag and practising my thumb as to hitchhike all the way ..if possible.. if not maybe end up in Mongolia, get a temp. job a volunteer / english teacher or something and then take the trans-mongolian express to Moscow, then take a connecting train to somewhere in Europe and then hitchhike all the way.. I dunno! I am not really into planning and all that ...all my previous travelling experience was mostly improvised by the minute or hour ... kinda like a tumbleweed blown by the wind across the lands.... :-)

you know .. the same ol' ...same ol' ... interested in music, art, books but I can play any musical instruments, cant paint or draw nor can I write a paragraph of prose. Anyhow I enjoy conversations with all kinds of people regardless of who they are... I seem to be a natural conversationalist with a reclusive streak of deniability...

My work experience includes Marketing, PR, Account Mgmt. - e-invoicing, Corp. Communication, Copywriting, Graphic Designing, Branding, Human Resources, Apprenticeship Management etc. well ..other than that I have a keen interest in all the odd stuff in life like why would anybody have Friedrich Nietzsche and Rock Star in the same sentence (I just did, didn't I?), the dawn of technology against the evolution of mankind while we enter the age of absurdity, I solemnly vow that I have no fear of becoming docile, As I walk into the shadow of [you know the rest..blah blah] hehe....oh yeah I am a big Film Geek as well. A ginormous fan of Pink Floyd on and off the stage [and other musical variations / influences etc.], so anybody who have access to Floyd goodies, please do let me know... also I wish I had a bigger comic book collection but they are damn expensive with reason unfortunately.... I love the tranquility of deep sea diving, the physicality of mountain trekking, the escalation of ideas just by sitting and talking crap, the primordial wasteness of chucking down pints of beer or simply getting lost in an alien land, alone, reclusive while pondering the path less travelled....
