I'm a graduate student at the UC Berkeley-UCSF Joint Medical Program. Studying medicine and public health and trying to unite my own mental, emotional and physical health with that of others.

Interests

Yoga, meditation, pop science books, trail running, traveling and treating well-known places like never-before-seen wonders, investigating my own ignorance and assumptions, connecting with others by learning from them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Watching the moon set over the Pacific after night-hiking to the beach in Pt. Reyes National Seashore.
2) Watching the sun rise from the top of Half Dome, Yosemite National Park.
3) Listening to call to prayer from a rooftop in Lhasa, Tibet.
