About Me
UPDATE: I am currently traveling in Brazil, so I am unable to host anyone for the timebeing
I am a traveling freelancer, currently going on an adventure around South America. When not traveling, I tend to split my time between my favourite interests: people, science, music, business, movement and learning. Most people describe me as friendly, sincere, fun, ambitious and humble.
I love to learn and experience new things, and traveling is one of the ways that I do this. Rather than just visiting the famous touristic sites, I try and understand more about the country that I am visiting, its people and how they see the world.
After 4 years of dreaming about it, I have set off on an adventure around South America. So far, it has been an amazing experience, and I have fallen in love with this beautiful continent.
Eventually, I will return home, and it would be a pleasure to host any of you in my hometown, London. Before then, please feel welcome to contact me if you are visiting London and you need help. I'm always happy to help out!

Music, Movies, and Books
I have very broad taste in music, and discovering new music is one of my favourite hobbies. Hip Hop is my favourite genre, but the list of other genres that I listen to is long....
Afrobeat, Jazz, R&B, House, Funk, Salsa, Funk Carioca, MPB, Music Criolla, Bossa Nova, UK Garage, Afrobeats, Reggae, Reggaeton, Samba, Soul, etc.
With so many great (and terrible) movies and books out there, I find it hard to choose a favourite, but I can provide a few old and new favourites...
Movies:
City of God - great storytelling
Coming to America - it's still funny, 30 years after it came out
Books:
The Famished Road - not so well known, but it had a big effect on me when I was younger
Como Agua Para Chocolate - I recently read this to practice my Spanish. It's a great read!
Grit - about the psychology of success. A must-read in my opinion
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm actually doing it right now. If I stop to write about it, I'll never finish doing it.
Sorry. ;)
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn more about you and your country.
I'm always happy to do a language exchange, so we can practice each other's languages.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my own thoughts, stories and experiences.
I have a sweet tooth, but I'm happy to share any sweets, chocolates or desserts that I have ;)
I'm also happy to help out with any jobs that need doing around the house!
