About Me

Right off the bat of meeting me you'll be able to tell a lot of things like that I am personable, positive (very positive), almost never without a smile (just made that way, great for making friends:) ), relaxed, down to earth, respectful of others space and understanding boundaries, my desire to understand the world we live in as well as those who are in it (communication is super important right?), I have the gift of gab (in the good way, I know how to take a hint haha), I'm quick witted, and I enjoy making others laugh.

I believe that everyone should be treated well, I dig humanism, and I do my part to be a good person.
I enjoy debating subjects with an open mind.

I created and ran my own business for 5 years so you could say I'm familiar with business. I was in the Tea & Herb industry so naturally I am knowledgable of the medicinal remedy's and health in general (but don't worry, i'm not a preacher). I'm always up to talk about business, i find it fascinating.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I started my travels in San Francisco and fell in love with the city. It also helped that I had met some awesome friends right off the bat and decided I needed to spend more time soaking up some of the great vibes of the city and all it has to offer.
Lucky enough a work-stay position opened up at this amazing hostel that I had grown to love, I had been able to stretch my stay while learning about the operations of a hostel as well as making everlasting memories with so many new friends from around the world. We also host about 2-4 CouchSurfers every week which has taught me the culture of the CS.

After learning so much about the travel culture and the positive vibes it radiates (I naturally radiate positivity too :D) I decided to take the leap and found a cheap 1-way ticket to Paris. My arrival date is August 16th. Then I go to Cardiff, Wales on August 22nd to see my friend perform at a music festival and do some sight seeing courtesy of my mate offering to show me around.

I know I need to see Ireland so I'm planing to take a ferry to Dublin and start there. I plan on making my way to Galway off a recommendation from a friend for some breathtaking views. I hear hitchhiking is pretty normal so I'm gonna be giving that one a go for my first time!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to broaden my travel experience by getting to know people who are locals of the land and learn what is important you about the culture, or views on life, hopefully some sweet landscapes, your favorite local watering hole, or maybe a home cooked meal (I'll bring the wine!).

-A New Earth
-Moonwalking with Einstein

Currently reading:
-The Power of Now

I like quite a bit of all music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Selling all my belongings, packing my life into a 70 Liter Osprey pack, and taking a bus to San Francisco for a fresh breath at a new way of life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach you how to lick your elbow

Learn: Whatever my mind allows me to at that given time.

Share: Laughs, stories, adventures, and new friendship.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Funny stories I've collected from my time at the hostel, lots of smiles, at least a few chuckles, and if its the right time of year maybe a partridge in a pair tree.

Pick my brain, I'm happy to share any of my knowledge with you!
