About Me
ABOUT ME
I have a passion for traveling and sharing meaningful experiences with my little tribe. As a family, we love discovering new places, meeting inspiring people, and embracing different cultures. We enjoy outdoor adventures like hiking and climbing, as well as more creative pursuits like plyong guitar, cooking and chess.
For us, the best moments are spent together around a homemade meal, exchanging experiences, and laughing about life’s little adventures. We believe in kindness, hospitality, and enjoying the simple joys of life—whether in a small village or a big city. And of course, we never say no to a bit of fun and celebration!
PHILOSOPHY
Happiness is found in the people we meet and the experiences we fully embrace, by staying curious and open to others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
WHY AM I IN COUCHSURFING
To discover new horizons, meet people from different backgrounds, and exchange ideas, experiences, and our shared passion for travel. Over the years, we’ve also loved seeing our kids play and connect with other children from different cultures, learning through these meaningful encounters.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We’ve had the chance to host wonderful people from Russia, Brazil, Latvia, Belgium, France, and more.
On our side, we’ve been warmly welcomed in Peru, Brazil, Iceland, and many places across the US and Canada during our last big four-month trip.
Every time, it has been an incredible, rewarding, and meaningful experience—proof that travel is not just about places, but about the people we meet along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to music, I love exploring a diverse range of genres—from soulful jazz to rock through classical music, each tune carries its own unique emotion and story.
Movies captivate me with their power to transport you to different worlds; I enjoy films that blend stunning visuals with deep, thought-provoking narratives, whether they're dramatic, adventurous, or even a touch of sci-fi.
And when it comes to books, I gravitate toward novels that spark my imagination and offer fresh perspectives on life, allowing me to escape into richly woven tales or immerse myself in profound insights.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- Took a leap of faith by leaving everything behind to start my own business—then trusted my team to run it while I embarked on a long journey. A true lesson in trust and letting go!
- Climbed Mont Blanc (4,810m), pushing my limits at high altitude.
- Completed a climbing route… without quickdraws! A mix of adrenaline, problem-solving, and probably a few regrets along the way. 😱
- Traveled the world, meeting incredible people and discovering breathtaking places—proving that the best adventures are often about the people you share them with.
