I am practicing Zen-Meditaion and Yoga. I practice acrobatics. I enjoy listening to people, sports like running, ski touring. I dance contact improvisation.
I am open for mindful bodywork, which might help to further free my body and mindful partner practices.
I am interested in community expieriences.
I am in a good contact with feelings and my needs and I am sensitive for other people's feelings, needs and borders.
I avoid judging people as far as possible.
I play the guitar though on a rather low level. I like klezmer music and some other.
I am interested in politics. Actually, I would like to save the world.
