Hi friends!

I'm a traveler and musician out to explore the world!

I would say that I'm pretty relaxed, laid back and enjoy good conversations. I also have a bit of the adventure spirit and love the outdoors. My favourite things in the world are travelling, music, good food and the outdoors. I have been travelling on and off for four years and don't think I'm going to stop anytime soon. I am also a musician - I play guitar and sing and I love lots of different outdoor sports from snowboarding to climbing and wakeboarding.

I am also a vegetarian and love to cook veggie, vegan and raw food meals.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have met some lovely people through this site but have only couchsurfed once in Oslo, and would definitely like to do it more often.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed for the first time in Oslo a couple of years ago and would love to carry on doing more... I love meeting new people so I think this is a great way of doing just that!

Music, language/culture, snowboarding and travelling have to top it all!
I recently travelled and worked on permaculture farms around Costa Rica, Nicaragua and California but would love to go to South America (especially Argentina) and India some time. I have also always wanted to go to Iceland and am hoping to go on a hiking trip there soon.
I love learning languages and can speak conversational German, French and a bit of Spanish.

Some of my favourite bands are: Soley, Bjork, Nina Simone, Laura Mvula, Bonobo, Fela Kuti, Radiohead, Ali Farke Toure, Patrick Watson, Portico Quartet,Tito Puente, James Blake, Ólafur Arnalds, Sia, fleetfoxes and many local bands and musicians.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was in Thailand, I went on a silent meditation retreat for ten days. It was really tough but an amazing experience at the same time.
We were given our own room but we had a concrete bed with a straw mat and a wooden pillow and when we were woken up at 4 in the morning to start the day with meditation, the biggest problem was finding ants, snakes and spiders crawling through your bed.... well its definitely something I will never forget!
