Hi dear CS community,
I grew up in the Netherlands and spent time studying in France, the UK and Germany, but recently moved to Switzerland to work for a company that aims to get CO2 out of the air. I'm pretty passionate about sustainability and am happy to have found a job in this sector but to be honest I still believe the climate challenge (and many other challenges we face as a society) are mainly about changing our behavior and spirit.
I think the CS community generally shares this deep belief in the power of solidarity, friendship and love, which is what makes this community so beautiful :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Recently moved into a flat share in Zürich. Would be happy to host people in this expensive city whenever I have the time :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had a couple of amazing CS experiences as a surfer in Morocco, Japan, France and Germany. I also had the opportunity to receive some surfers in Toulouse and Strasbourg, always good fun!

兴趣

Been playing the guitar for the longest time and really enjoy it... although nowadays, I'm afraid I don't play as much as I'd like to!
Also enjoy listening to music a lot. Really, all kinds of genres are welcome, but I tend to gravitate towards modern jazz(y) music.

Another interest of me is to philosophize and have deep discussions with people, about societal matters, for example. I always enjoy getting introduced to some new perspective I had never thought of before.

Finally, I also really enjoy spending time outdoors just taking in nature or doing sports!

Can teach the languages I speak or playing the guitar, but I guess we all have something interesting to teach each other and I prefer discovering where our mutual interests lie in an organic way :)
