Hi everyone! My name is Fabio, and I live in a small village called Settefrati, in the beautiful Val di Comino, right in the heart of Central Italy. My home is surrounded by nature, inside the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise — one of the most stunning natural areas in Italy.

I have a cozy place here, and I’m always happy to host travelers who want to explore the park and the surrounding villages. This is the perfect base for hiking, discovering waterfalls, ancient towns, and enjoying real Italian countryside life.

Settefrati is located exactly halfway between Rome and Naples — about 1 hour and 30 minutes from each city — so it’s an ideal stop if you’re traveling between the two.

I don’t speak English very well yet (I’m still learning! ), but I always try my best, and I believe a smile and good company are the best languages in the world.
