I work and live in Norwich (but planning to move to Brazil on the next couple of years). I speak English, Portuguese and Spanish and I can make a joke or two in Italian! Language shouldn't be a barrier but an opportunity to achieve further linguistically! I enjoy travelling, discovering new cultures and philosophies and having fun all the way through!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

It's a great opportunity to support (and be supported) plus to get to know people and cultures from all over the world. My first experience with couchsurfing was in Riga and I found it very fulfilling: the people I met were wonderful and I felt it opened my mind even more. Since then I have met people from all over in multiple cities in Europe, learnt a lot and made good friends along the way! I have stopped using couchsurfing for a few years but I’m back here since August 2023. I’ve already some wonderful people in this journey.

I’m very interested in reading about meditation, mindfulness and Buddhism. I love Sigur Ros and Beirut (music). I also love discovering music from the people I meet.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I discovered mindfulness and meditation and this has changed me (for better) and the ones around me too. I’m always happy to share the experience, always happy to support people finding happiness/reducing suffering. Recently I complete a Yoga course and became a Yoga teacher (I do not run lessons, I just want to help people along the way).

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach Portuguese, English, Science, Psychology and Criminology (I’m a teacher of those subjects) and share my knowledge in mindfulness, meditation, yoga and Buddhism: ways to be happier and with less suffering in life. I’d love to learn more about other cultures specially from Arabic and Asian background.

Good local knowledge, cool friends and entertaining conversations (I hope!) and warm food if needed. I like to be outdoors as well as indoors, the conversation is my main interest :) I love talking about mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and how to transform this world in a better place for all. but I’m not limited by these topics - conversations flow naturally 😊
