About Me

I would say I'm an easy going person in a sense that I don't organise every aspect of my life. I'm currently travelling through Mexico with my friend with no precise goal in mind!
I believe in change and I fight for the world to be a better place. I have feminist values and many social issues are important to me.
I love travelling because I think I have so many things to learn from others. Also, I want to surpass my own limits and do things I never thought I would. I am a social person who is curious about what people have to say. I love to learn how other people see life and I'm always up to have interesting discussions!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people, discover the world and get out of my confort zone. I think couchsurfing is a good way to learn about other's culture and share with people you would have maybe never met. I think sharing is what's gonna save the world, so, I'm happy to participate.

Interests

I love to travel of course, not only to see the touristic places, but to meet people and to see places I had no idea existed.
I love music too. I play the flut, but I'm really a beginner. I also love to listen to people playing, jamming together.
I'm also interested by circus. I can do some stuff but I want to learn more!
And of course, one of the main thing in my life is reading and writting (poetry mostly), but don't ask me to read you some, it's not gonna happen.
I'm into social (anti-racism, anti-capitalism) and feminist fight, I like going to protest and fighting for what I believe in.

Music, Movies, and Books

I was studying in literature so there are too many authors that I love, but my favourite would be Réjean Ducharme, Romain Gary, Bernard Werber and Jean-François Caron.
I love almost every music style, with a preference for "dirty folk" music from Québec and punk music. My favourite musicians or bands are Les chiens de ruelle, Rail Yard Ghosts, The Doors, Jean Leloup, Alt-J and Québec Redneck Bluegrass Project.
I'm a big movie lover and I particularly like movies that make you think or let you full of questions at the end. Some of my favourite movies would be Mr. Nobody, Kill Bill, Jacob's ladder and Mommy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking through Canada and around Europe and meeting so many kind people ready to help without even knowing me!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some french if you want or some weird expressions from Québec!
I love to talk about feminism!
And of course I can talk literature with you.

I would love to learn more circus tricks.
Or if you're a musician, I always want to learn more theoritical stuff about music, or even practice a new instrument!
