I participated in some events of CS, in Italy and in other country.

I love to travel, the ancient history, reading Ian Mcewan, Murakami, to practice sports Martial arts (Kudo, Muay Thai, Boxe, Brasilian Ju Jitsu), Yoga, Soccer, Tennis and Surf, healthy life, meditation, shiatsu, art, music, cinema, food, wine and so on!

I really enjoyed a jazz concert at the Blue Note of New York, so soulful!
My birthday at the Colosseum in the night, also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, with people I love...Fantastic!
I had the chance to enjoy the surf on Puerto Escondido!!!
I had the pleasure to train with the best Martial Arts Gym in Kirkland (Washington) for two months with UFC professionists, incredible people, incredible champions!
Get the Kudo Daido Juku black belt after fighting 10 matches without rest, without breathing as well 😂
