One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

20 years ago, in USA, close to the superior lake.
It was very late, i was looking for an hotel. All seemed to be booked...
When i founded one, a strange guy (bad looking, big dog in a dirty truck) stopped me as i was entering into the hotel : he told me it is very dangerous, strangers are often attacked and robbed in this place.
he took a long time (more than 1 hour if i remember well) to find a good place for me to spend the night.

This little experience was a builder for me, showing how appearance can be misleading.
