ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm a personal trainer based in Bournemouth, UK.
I've met some truly inspirational people CouchSurfing in the US and Canada and have been involved in our local CS group here.
Exploring other cultures and sharing mine with you is what drives me. I like to mix with positive people and try to channel positivity into everything I do.

PHILOSOPHY

I love the simple things in life. Walking on the beach in stormy weather, going home for a warming cup of tea, that kind of thing.

The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran is a winner for me. Films would have to be The Great Race, The Shining, and random French, Italian and Indian art house films. I like pretty much all kinds of music and support a few indie bands but for me the buck stops at heavy metal, yikes. I love live gigs.

Doing a snowboard season in the French Alps. Being able to head up the mountain every day was a real privilege. I'll never stop loving the mountains.
