I have surfed and hosted a few times, and absolutely love it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have now surfed a few couches, and the experience has brought greater depth to my travels. I love the insight the host provides regarding the community I am visiting. I also enjoy showing my guests around and exploring my environment with new eyes.

I love anything outdoors- especially going to the beach, gardening, biking, hiking. Yoga, reading, crosswords, and cooking are also great!

I do not watch many TV shows or movies. I love to read- anything and just about everything (not so much science fiction or romance). Some of my favorite authors are Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Seuss, John Steinbeck, Anne Tyler, and Martha Beck. I enjoy all varieties of music, but jazz is my top favorite.
