this months project - to curl up on some temporary couch/floor/shed/bathroom/kitchen table-space in Whistler, BC, while I endeavor to do the tricky trick of finding a job AND permanent accommodation..

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a new-ish member to the couch Surfing Community Project, I'm hoping to connect with a lad or lass who would be kind enough to house me for a brief period. In return, once I settle back down in Melbourne, they (and anyone who needs it) would be more than welcome to crash at my place!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nil...technically. Though none of the person-sleeping-in-the-spare-bed experiences i've had have been organised through the Couchsurfing website, I have had many a traveler stay on my floor during summer, when I live in the seaside town of Torquay, Vic, Australia. These lovely, pleasant and fun drifters have been directed to our place via word of mouth, and have offered the same treatment when/if i ever venture back to their neck of the woods (an offer which has, naturally, been taken up and accepted whole heartedly)
