Marta is a funny girl. I enjoy life, even in small things (have you ever whatched "Amelie"? I think I can share lot of her likes and dislikes!). I love chatting, having fun, going out. Boys would say I'm gossipy, but to me (and to girls in general) it's just being courious. Isn't couriousity a sing of intelligence? =) That's why I like talking to people, visiting new places, tasting something new.
My gender and my profession make me very thoughtful and reflective, which I think it's a good thing, but sometimes my heads appear to be in the clouds! Maybe that's the reason why I'm a champion in cuttying sorry figures!
I'm welcoming, I love my city and my country (even if sometimes it's difficult to be proud of being Italian)

Pier is a Landscape architect, 33 years old, but feeling younger!
I'm very easy to get with, openminded, and the only people who I'm intolerant to are the intolerant ones. As a professional, and not a professional as well, I like very much gardens, parks, trees and every kind of nature, insects included. I used to do rock climbing before breaking my knee (soccer's fault). I like music and cinema and I like traveling a lot, because I think is the best way to open your mind, and see that your world is not the only one, not the only way the things can go. I've been to Uganda, Burkina Faso, Brasil, Morocco, Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, England, and probably I'm missing some places. I'm always happy when I can share experience with the local people I meet when travelling.

We started CS to find a spot when travelling, but we also enjoy hosting, when we can. We have always been doing it with friends from all over the world, and CS is a way to enlarge our network.

Is it obvious to say that we love travelling?
We also enjoy meeting different people, knowing different cultures and ways of living, seeing beautiful places, tasting different things, 'cause all the things are a wonderful way to feel part of the world (and it even helps you knowing yourself better!)
Since we can't always travel, in our daily life we love cooking, going out and enjoying good food and wine, spending time with friends, going to the movies, walking around.
Marta practices yoga daily and loves it. Pier applies for a greener world.
Our non-human friends are Tv series (above all: The Big Bang Theory, Breaking Bad, Sex and the City), films, internet and of course doggies!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

New York City, me and my sister outside a theatre, eating an hotdog waiting for the musical to begin. The indian hawker asked us where we were from, and we found out his family lived in an Italian small village (6000 souls) next to ours! The world can be so small!

I was travelling on Ugandian roads, on a pick-up with other 13 people, all singing their songs. And it was the sunset. Goose flesh!
