Overview
About Me
After school, I spent a year in Düsseldorf (Germany) as a volunteer in an archaeological museum. Then I begun my cultural and religious studies in Marburg - three wunderful years with nice people, fantastic friends and lots of new experiences. Then I studied 'Museum and Exhibition' in Oldenburg. Studies were very hard but there have to be always time for a cup of tea or coffee in my opinion...
My first job was at the University preparing an exhibition project and now I'm searching a new one anywhere in the museum scene. Perhaps you know something for me :-)
PHILOSOPHY
Sometimes, world is very mean. Nothing went as plannend and you are feeling very small and lost. But there is always a sparkling star for you and he says you: Everything will come all right! (little prince)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had just a few Couchsurfing experiences, but every single couch and host was great!
I started with Couchsurfing when I searched a flatshare here in Oldenburg and then I used it to discover my near surroundings, connect with other people... Last holidays I surfed with my boyfriend in the South of France. I also use it when there is a conference I go to in a foreign country.
It's a great oppurtunity to discover places from a different point of view than mainstream travel guides!

Music, Movies, and Books
hm... in general, I want to have a good time with them! An (old) whodunnit, something nice, what moves the hearts - something like that
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- standing at a lock and looking at the fascinating interaction of technology and water power,
- looking at a map of walks from a region in Hessen (Burgwald), reading the plot names, street names, place names (really funny names)... and at once, I could "read" (part of) the history of these places!
