Have hosted and been hosted a few times, met some people for drinks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been cool. I hope all the people who have written references (and also the ones who might write one in the future) can forgive me for not writing back. I find really hard to do so, but believe me: you are all great people; if I have had a bad experience with you, I would not have accepted to be friends here in the CS.
I also think some people are clueless when writing requests: do you really think it's a good idea telling people about the "horrible stories" you hear from the media about where they live? If you are that scared, stay home.

These days, new-folk music from around the globe. New concepts that are bred from old traditions, being made and played with new and old instruments. I also love punk rock and classical.
My faves (internationally speaking): Trainspotting (no I am not stuck in the nineties but I love the movie and the book), Tv show Lost, James Joyce, horror movies and books, Wuthering Highs, The Thin red line (greatest war movie ever)the Matrix, Baudrillard, Debord, Poe, Angelopoulos' Eternity and a day, romantic comedies that make me laugh, etc. Plus lots of brazilian writers (Guimarães Rosa and Machado de Assis are the BEST)
