Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new people and experience life from a local's perspective. I would book hotels for long trips; but for the short ones, I think it's great to be on CS. I love the idea of building relationships.
Having interacted with different races, we are sensitive to our surroundings and absolutely respect a person's customs, traditions and beliefs.
We enjoy experiencing life, and that's why we are on couchsurfing - for the experience.

Interests

Well, lets see: music, random/spontaneous drives, coffee, good conversations, sharing and listening to experiences (however random and vivid), street food, fine dining, (yes i like both the extremes), tasting or experimenting with different wines/alcohols socially (single malt whisky has been my personal favourite for a long time now)
I also love to discover emerging business trends etc.. Oh sorry that is business now.. ! But yes I do .. And that is what I am involved with currently ..

P.S.- I do all the above with my wife by my side.. We are a package.. inseparable.. We are good friends, and hence partners for life as well :) She is fun! She is a bigger coffee person than I am.

Since both of us worked as life coaches and mentors previously, we don't mind sharing our time, knowledge and experience with you, if it makes your life better. We are committed to empowering people in any/every way. But at the same time, we are not nosy or intrusive so unless we are asked for our knowledge we wouldn't intrude or 'teach' ..
