Recently graduated from college with a degree in English, Business, and Product Innovation. Starting my journey abroad as an assistant English teacher for the Spanish government. I will be living in Spain from October to June, looking forward to many journeys in between :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ran a weekend relay race of 189 miles while driving in a van with friends and family, running 3 different stretches myself over the weekend!

I love anything creatively inspired whether it is writing, art, photography, cooking, yoga, live music...very interested in design and user experience..as well as being outside, by the water, hiking, animals (cats have my heart), and just sitting down and having an old fashioned conversation.

I am passionate about food, nutrition, and health. My parents owned a restaurant for four years when I was growing up providing organic and locally grown ingredientes. I am looking to further work with food —in the field and kitchen— as well as nutrition eduction and community building. Also striving towards levels of a zero waste life style, love talking about efforts of sustainability.
