I’ve been curious about the world from a young age and always dreamed of traveling. I’ve been able to make that dream come true through in the past few years through trips with friends and solo adventures! I’m a nature enthusiast, dancer, and dessert lover. Wherever I go, I love to learn about the local history and people’s relationship to the land through food or other cultural practices.

I currently live in North Carolina, but previously lived in Seattle for several years. I’m originally from Florida. The beach was where I fell in love the earth, and then after living in Seattle, I started to love the mountains as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is a valuable way to experience a new culture in a more authentic way. I love that it allows us to create friendships and have a true cultural exchange to better understand each other’s ways of live.

I love meeting new people and learning about how they see and experience the world and their passions. I can share some of my native language (Kutchi), share about some of the medicinal qualities of certain plants, cook some of my favorite dishes, and help out with chores.
