One of the most interesting parts of staying here, is you can make friends with the people of Taitung, who can help you better understand Taitung customs, local Taitung homemade snacks, and off-the-beaten-path attractions.

Welcome to my house for the night; let me be your good friend in Taitung.

我是台東原住民排灣族人（頭目家族），之前是初鹿牧場馴馬師，現在在活水湖當極限運動教練也是救生員。

I am aboriginal Taiwanese from the Paiwan tribe (from the chief’s family). I used to be a horse trainer at Chulu Ranch. Now I am a lifeguard and extreme sports coach at Flowing Lake in Taitung Forest Park.

所以來住我家可享受免費騎馬體驗拍照（海邊騎馬），坐馬車遊湖。還可以免費體驗到立槳衝浪板（SUP)、風浪板、衝浪、自由潛水、游泳、纜繩滑水木舟、極限運動（極限水上彈跳，極限飛梯）。
以上是動態活動。

So if you stay at my home, you can enjoy a free horseback riding experience taking pictures (seaside riding), or take a horse-drawn carriage tour of the lake. You can also try stand up paddle (SUP), windsurfing, surfing, freediving, swimming, wake boarding, canoeing, and extreme sports (extreme water bouncing, extreme water slides).

靜態活動的話，我是雷鬼頭編髮師，可以讓你體驗編織雷鬼頭（髒辮，或是燒琉璃珠，製作原住民手背包、項鍊、手環，漂流木雕刻，製作手工皂及手工渲染布，或體驗原住民傳統美食製作（阿粨、烤肉、醃肉、小米酒）。

For activities, I'm a dreadlocks weaver, you can experience the weaving of dreadlocks, or burning glass beads, making aboriginal hand backpacks, necklaces, bracelets, driftwood carvings, handmade soaps, and hand-made cloths. You can also experience traditional aboriginal cuisine (abai [glutinous millet rice with fillings, wrapped in leaves], barbecue, cured meat, millet wine).

Come to Taitung to experience aboriginal life

食：體驗原住民美食，傳統包阿粨體驗，原住民烤肉體驗（依中華民國合法狩獵祭限定，山豬、山羌、水鹿）

Food: experience aboriginal cuisine, try traditional abai [glutinous millet rice with fillings, wrapped in leaves], try an aboriginal barbecue (legally hunted wild boar, muntjac and sambas deer)

衣：體驗原住民傳統服飾（穿原住民服拍照），體驗原住民編織十字繡。

Clothing: Experience aboriginal traditional costumes (wearing aboriginal costumes to take photos) and experience aboriginal weaving.

住：體驗原住民野外求生露營生活（體驗傳統狩獵夾製作，傳統弓箭體驗，體驗打獵生活🔫）。

Living: Experience aboriginal survival camping in the wilderness (experience making traditional hunting traps, try a traditional bow and arrow, experience hunting life).

行：體驗原住民登大武山爬山運動，走山豬走的路。

Walking: Experience walking along wild boar trails while climbing Dawu Mountain.

育：體驗原住民傳統文化（法麓魯頭目家族，部落領袖、貴族、勇士、平民四個階級）。

Education: Experience the traditional culture of aboriginal people (learn about the four classes: Fa Lun family of heads, tribal leaders, nobles, warriors, civilians).

樂：體驗原住民傳統歌謠與舞蹈（原住民喝酒文化，體驗小米酒製作）。

Experience the traditional songs and dances of aboriginal people (indigenous drinking culture, experience the production of millet wine).
