ABOUT ME

I started the profile as Julene Allende to find hosts as I traveled through europe, but mainly what this site served for is for other couchsurfers to contact my mother while looking for hosts. So tecnically the hosts are my parents and my grandmother, who live in Cancun. The average age is 62 =P. My grandmother is a chemist(80), my mom a psycologist (54)(just finished her masters ;) ) and my father a bussiness administrator (61)(as a career... he works in pretty much everything =P). We're all a very open minded family =)

PHILOSOPHY

why do i live my life? because we have it to learn as much as we can and evolve... and i've got to make the best of it!... wisely
you've got to take advantage of what you've got in the best way possible, enhancing what may come, but not wasting what is already there

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

we've been receiving international students in my house for about 12 years now... they come to cancun to study spanish and the school contacts us.. so we've known a lot of people that have come to my house in a couchsurfing-kind-of-way... though not quite. And now we're part of the couchsurfing network...

Intereses

Dad: football... work... spending time with his parents and family, F1... =P
Mom: psycology, watching movies, reading, finishing her masters!
Grandmother: she loves solving crusades (? i don't know if that's a proper translation... it's a sort of word puzzle that's called Cruzadas in spanish) and watching mexican soap operas
Me: I love watching movies and reading, ecology and environmental sciences, going to the beach, hanging out with friends and family!!
