In addition, as one full of passion and curiosity about new things and promoting public welfare, I had been positive in a range of volunteer activities regardless of the locations and tough conditions. One volunteer experience that was worth special mentioning was I went alone to Tunisia on AIESEC Draw Smile project of Global Citizen program in my second college winter and became the Director of the Council of Carthage China. Thanks to my rapid adaptability and outgoing character, I could always finish my tasks with good quality, and make good friends with other volunteers coming from a variety of backgrounds. Moreover, I also learned French and Arabic with local volunteers to increase communication with children of a local orphanage. What’s more, my passion for travelling and rich experiences in visiting over ten countries and regions in college gave me opportunities to hone my independence, skills of communication, and abilities to tackle any unexpected situations, all undoubtedly promise a smoother and more savored experience of my overseas study.

Certainly, in order to be a good financial practitioner, it is far from enough to master only theoretical background but adequate real practical experiences as well. Therefore, to gain more practical experiences, I actively sought out internship opportunities and made the utmost of my university holidays. Such as, I worked at Cixi Municipal Finance Bureau for two months in the summer of 2015, and acquired a clear knowledge of taxes and the relevant national policies. Driven by my interest in banking and finance, I successfully located another internship at Bank of Ningbo in the winter of 2017, and formed a deeper understanding of the businesses and operational mode of banks. By introducing various bank businesses and financial products to bank clients, I also developed a more effective application of my expertise and learned how to conduct better and more effective communication. All should serve my future study and work to some degree.
