I am a university student from Europe, spending the summer here in the United States. I work in a camp here, and after camp me and my new friends would like to travel as much as we can. This is the summer of our lives, so it is only right to get the most out of this experience and use couchsurfing to get an insight of a real citizens life in every city we are going to visit.

I could not think of a better way to explore a city, than getting the help of a local person. It is so incredibly amazing that in the 21st century we have the chance to do things like this. People who never met each other before become friends and explore different cities together, try new food, learn about new cultures. I think people should never stop travelling, and learning about our world. With couchsurfing, it has never been easier.

With topics like music, movies and books I never categorize myself. I am a very open-minded person and I love to try new things, so I can honestly say that I love every kind of music, movie and book. My decision for a specific day only depends on my mood.

On my 18th birthday I got the chance to go to skydiving. It was a life-changing experience, which I will never forget. I love to do and try new things. I think it is super important to constantly challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone. It is on my bucket list to try more extreme sport in the future.
