Hello everyone,
I'm Fariborz, living in Neyshabur—the city of Khayyam—with my wife Farideh, our daughter Afra, and our dog Sleepy. I'm passionate about connecting with new people from different parts of the world.
I'm 43 years old and a psychiatrist.
My interests include literature, cinema, traveling, and most importantly, meeting and spending time with new people.
Listening to people’s stories and getting to know them always excites me—maybe that’s one reason why I chose psychiatry as my profession.

Here in Neyshabur, I own a bookstore and an educational-recreational center that includes a café, a board game space, and a rooftop garden. I’d love to show these places to my guests.

As a host, I can take you to some of the beautiful and historical spots around Neyshabur—like the Wooden Village, the tombs of Khayyam and Attar, the Abbasi Caravanserai, and the nature around the Binalood mountains.
You're also welcome to visit "Nahal"—our recreational center—and the "Shabhaye Roshan" bookstore where I can host you as well.

I’d love to show you around the city, introduce you to the richness of Iranian local culture, and take you to places that might be hard to explore on your own.
As a guest, I try to be low-maintenance and flexible. I'm always curious to hear locals’ stories and experiences about the place they call home.

توی این شهر صاحب یک کتابفروشی و یک مجموعه آموزشی تفریحی شامل کافی شاپ، بوردگیم و روف گاردن هستم و مشتاقم به مهمانم نشون بدم.

به عنوان میزبان میتونم شما رو به جاهای دیدنی نیشابور مثل دهکده چوبی و آرامگاه خیام و عطار و کاروانسرای عباسی طبیعت کوههای بینالود ببرم. در مرکز تفریحی نهال و کتابفرئشی شبهای روشن هم میتونم میزبانتان باشم.
دوست دارم شهر رو بهش نشون بدم و از فرهنگ محلی ایرانی براش صحبت کنم و مکان های محلی رو نشونش بدم که شاید خودش نتونه بره.
به عنوان مهمان، سعی میکنم مهمان کم دردسری باشم و آدم منعطفی هستم. علاقه‌مند به شنیدن حرف‌ها و تجربیات یک آدم محلی از محل زندگیش.
