ABOUT ME

This is a common profile Artur and Farida. We are a couple of travelers from Canada however born in Uzbekistan and Russia. We used to live normal lives, went to studies or to work but at some point had this crazy idea to leave everything and go explore the world! We are interested in learning about new cultures, traditions, languages and moreover the delicious cuisines!
We found out that doing it trough couchsurfing makes the experience even more exiting, rich and real. Getting to know the local perspective makes you know the city as it is, this is what we travel for. Getting to know new people and make new friends is something we look up to.
Once we settle down, we would love to host people and recieve the world in our home :)

With Couchsurfing we hope to meet new people and make new friends either by hosting them or being hosted. It is also being part or a big community and sending love and happiness to the cosmos without wanting anything in return.

兴趣

One of our main interest is food. We love to learn new local recipes, try new cuisines and are actually starting a small new project about local must-try-foods in the places we have visited.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

2018 it was Arthur's and mine first Burn. We went to Burning Man! It's the biggest festival in the world. A place where many thousands of people gather in the desert and build a temporary city for a week. It is a model of an ideal society where only kindness and love exists.

We would be glad to cook something or share an evening over tea talking about life :) Learning new recipes from the places we visit and from surfers is something we am tuned for.
