ABOUT ME

I grew up just outside a small town in Wisconsin. Throughout high school I read everything I could about farming, pursued a one-year program in dairy science, and I considered doing an internship abroad. However, life took me back home where I have been farming ever since. I try to travel when I can, but it's hard to get away from the farm. My upcoming trip to Europe in March of 2013 will be my first vacation in four years!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am interested in seeing the countryside of Spain and France on my next visit. I'd really like to meet local farmers or those involved in the industry. I think it's a great way to meet new people and learn about the places I'm visiting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far, but my sister says it's great!

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had a fun time in New Zealand sightseeing and visiting a variety of farms for two and a half weeks.
