It's important to me for my life to revolve solely on the things that I love. The things I love listed in no particular order are: my family, all the freaky people of the world, farming, cooking, eating, nutrition, natural medicine, doggies, backpacking, outdoor recreation of any sort, beverages (alcoholic or not), music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I hate being a tourist. I love meeting new people and building relationships rather then spending my money to stay at a hotel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I accidently rode my bike through a heard of stampeding elk, only to realize after the fact that doing so could have been a very sticky situation.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am more familiar with having WOOFERS visit then couch surfers as I used to manage a organic farm near Telluride, CO, and currently manage a farm just outside the Twin Cities. My current home is reminiscent of my old farm life in the way I always have seeds to plant, weeds to pull, gardens to water, things to can or ferment, something useful to make, food that needs eating! Also the house I live in is a fixer upper and is always under some sort of construction. So yeah, if you want to WOOF urban farm style, hit me up! We can work, and learn together!
