I am a journalist recently and have recently moved to Prague to have a new experience. I love Dublin the city where I grew and perhaps my heart will always be there but still I think it is important to get out of my comfort zone and try something new.

Really hard to say favourite but i am reading Dostoevsky the Idiot at the moment if that is some indication and really enjoying it. Actually I want to write my own book but am finding it difficult to get my thoughts in order to do so.

I am a very good cook in the sense that I have cooked for large numbers, know a lot about plant based nutrition and am creative with flavour combinations.
