About Me
Hi! Call me Farouk. I am an open minded person. I am a teacher of English since 2016. My work is all about how to make young learners respected and respectful through communication. I am a passionate and driven individual with a deep curiosity for learning and a commitment to personal and professional growth. With a strong foundation in education, I thrive on tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions that make a meaningful impact.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am an avid in travelling and meeting people which keep me energized person and sociable. I used to be a scout where I learned how to help myself in difficult circumstances especially when being hungry. I cooked during scout camps and I developed my cooking skill.
FAMILY:
I am married to a beautiful woman and she gave me two beautiful children (son and daughter). They are my treasure.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have discovered Couchsurfing just recently. It is a good place where people can connect either through hosting or just meeting to have a cup of coffee. I am a person who travels frequently and the only place I stay in is the hotel. However, staying in the hotel is boring. Staying alone makes me silent the whole journey and lack of interaction with people pushes me to take my phone and scroll ups and downs.
I am here on this platform to link myself with other people to speak to them, to share experiences, to entertain ourselves by doing Karaoke or having a quick tour in the city or enjoying different social activities. So, I say YES Couchsurfing No Hotels.
Sorry, my account is not verified and I do not have references but I am real and safe person. Hopefully to get first reference soon :)

What I Can Share with Hosts
The first thing I share is a small gift when reaching the border of the door. Our tradition when visiting the host, it is mandatory to bring something as a symbol of respect.
During daily life, I share my help with household tasks, doing gardening , cleaning up kitchen and bathroom; and cooking.
Also, I share with host my knowledge, past experiences (good and bad) sometimes I cry that makes me comfortable. Of course, I share my dreams and future plans.
