I'm a social worker (youthcare) and international yoga teacher (200 RYT)with several teacher trainings. Practicing Yoga since 2004, I started to teach in 2014 in Holland. With my Yoga company 'fasah' I provide workshops, coaching and Ashtanga flow Yoga classes. In 2015 I also started to teach at Budadharma in Lisbon, Portugal.

My intention is to share positive energy trough Yoga. With an open heart, I try to inspire others to thrive from out of their own strength. For me, the greatest gift is that we can learn from each other. If you know how to balance your own body and mind, you will be more present to others.

Interessi

Together with my love João (very experienced mindfulness teacher) I love to travel and discover beautiful places. After joining our hearts, we decided to join our work combining two complementary practices and share them with others.

In 2016 this Dutch girl is going to live in Portugal.
