My name is Fatemeh Salehi and I currently live in Thailand. In 2013, I was almost 70kg. At the beginning of 2014, I started doing some basic yoga training and was able to lose an impressive 16kg in one year. Losing such a huge amount of weight inspired me to then start taking yoga more seriously and It resulted in me practicing yoga almost every day.

I mostly practice Ashtanga Yoga which is more focused on aerobic, vigorous yoga exercises – this style is also known as Power Yoga.

I welcome to my website all who are interested in achieving a healthy, flexible, Energetic body.
