I try to do my best , while I'm hosting or being hosted.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Let me to share my couch surfing experiences...
First at all we live in a small industrial town in Romania. So actually there are not a lot of people wants to come over.
So...
1st experience was with one of the ambassadors of Athens, Stella. She stayed at a couch surfer, Diana, an wonderful girl but very busy being a lawyer. So Stella asked me out, if I can show her the museums and the city . So I did that, we spend a lovely and an enchanting time together. I hope i was a good guide in the town!
2nd 1st experience was with one of the nomad ambassadors, Xavier. He has sent me a couch request... I told him that I will pick him up from where he will come in the town. He was hitching, so I went to pick him up on the road. It was my pleasure to pick him up. At home I cooked a lovely family dinner (my wife , me and my mother in law .. and of course my guest). I drove him a round the town and in the town, because he was interested to take photos in Ploiesti and the surroundings . After the wonderful time we spend in my home , I accompanied him as he was going to Brasov by hitch-hiking I found a host for him through the couch surfing. With this occasion I meet in Brasov with 3 great persons. Dana was the host of Xavier... a miracle woman ... She and his C.S. friend Andrei Paul organized like a day party ... there I made a strong friendship.
3rd experience was with Tonio who asked me about the town as he was coming for working matters.. He asked me about rents and other stuff in Ploiesti. My wife and i invited him at our home to have a French dinner with crepes, galettes and "sarmale" (a Romanian traditional dish). We tried to explain to him in a French way how is Romania and Ploiesti ... We hope that we wore able to be a good help and host for him. :)

We are interested in enriching my life by learning more about the music, food, film, literature, festivals and traditions of another culture. we want and we need to practice our English and another languages. We would like to do this in a relaxed environment and we would make new friends at the same time, and we will like to share the cultural.
We are also interested in Philosophy, Anthropology, Arts, Religions, and as well in a lot of other things.
