My name's Dana. I love to travel, meet people, do arts and crafts, cook/bake new things, and write! Right now I'm living and teaching in Columbus, Ohio. I have traveled all over the world and enjoy talking about cultural experiences with others. I live in a cute little house with my husband and son.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've met some very good friends through couchsurfing, and I met my husband through couchsurfing! We continue to enjoy hosting and when we travel, we often use couchsurging to meet others and to find unique places to stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've had great experiences in my hometown and in the Middle East with hosting and traveling. It's great to meet people and learn about the area from a firsthand experience :). Did I mention I met my husband this way ;-P

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I traveled around Mexico for 5 weeks on my own. During that time, I crashed into the Caribbean. Well, I wasn't the one driving, but we literally went off the road into the ocean. It's a crazy story about a crazy night--I'd love to share it with you!

I'm happy to talk about my travels with you and share pics, experiences, and tips. I also like to talk about books, art, nature, and business ventures. If you don't have time to hang out or share, I'm totally okay with doing my own thing around town too.
